About Modoro
Modoro is a free Pomodoro timer and focus time tracker for the web. It was built around a single frustration: stopwatch-style timers get left running. You start one, get pulled into something else, and later have to guess and edit the entry. Modoro records fixed blocks — 25 minutes of work, 20 minutes of LeetCode — either by running a countdown or by logging a block you already finished.
What Modoro does
- Pomodoro countdown. A linear progress bar with start, pause and stop, adjustable session length, short and long break modes, and a chime plus browser notification at zero.
- Two-tap logging. Quick Add records a finished block without running a timer at all.
- Statistics. Daily totals per category, share of the day, comparison with the previous day, and weekly and monthly trends.
- Calendar and timeline. A monthly heatmap of the days you showed up, and a scrollable, editable history of every block.
- AI daily insights. A one-tap recap of what went well, what could improve and what to try tomorrow.
- Themes and shortcuts. Five themes including Bloomberg Terminal and Alien Terminal, plus keyboard-first controls.
Your data
You can use Modoro with no account at all — the timer and every chart work immediately, with data kept in the browser for that session. Signing in saves your history so it follows you across devices. Your entries are private to your account; the leaderboard shows totals only if you explicitly opt in from Settings, and break time is never counted there.
Who it's for
People who work in bursts: students revising, engineers grinding LeetCode, writers, designers and anyone who wants an honest record of where the day went without turning tracking into a second job. Welcome to the club.
